PRIVATE SPA
PARTIES
One of the greatest ways of using
the Kiva Spa is to have your birthday party or hens’ party
or bring a group of friends or work colleagues and hire
the space exclusively. As soon as your guests begin to
relax in the spas, sauna and pool, your party is an instant
success. And it is very affordable, especially if you
get your guests to chip in.
Party prices ( all party prices
include up to 15 people, additional charges apply for
extra people.)
Regular party prices
These are parties that begin at
7pm on Monday, Thursday, Saturday or 5pm on Sunday.
2 hour party: $150 per hour ( which works out at $20
each if you have 15 people )
3 hours or more : $140 per hour
These parties require a $50 deposit to confirm date and
time.
Additional people: $5 per person per hour.
Parties during
business hours
These parties are for people who absolutely cannot do
a party outside of business hours.
For those parties that include the first or last hours
of the business day, the price is $250 per hour.
For parties in the middle of the day the price is $300
per hour.
These parties require a 50% deposit. The deposit must
be in bfore we put a stop to taking bookings during the
requested hours.
Additional people: $10 per person per hour.
Parties before
business hours
If you prefer to have the party in the early morning,
we can start the hire from 9am.
This would cost $200 for the first hour, then continuing
at $250 per hour with a 50% deposit.
Massage and skin treatments are
available for your guests ( at extra cost ) . Surcharge
after 7pm
Things to know about parties
- No alcohol permitted.
- No eating or drinking in spa
pools.
- No glass.
- No children.
- No candles or fire.
- No vouchers or bath cards
- Shower before use of spas,
no products on skin or hair.
- Food to be cleaned up,
garbage to be removed and all guests to be off the
property within a quarter hour after the end of the
party.
- All guests need to sit on towels in the sauna.
