INFORMATION

What to bring   
Bring 2 towels per person (because you need 1 to sit on in the sauna), swimwear and a water bottle. Alternatively, you can hire towels and buy drinks here.

Bookings   
Advanced bookings are important for treatments. You will be asked to give a credit card number to reserve the booking. You do not need to book to use the bathhouse, but please phone to confirm we are open.

Cancellations   
We require 24 hours notice or a fee will be incurred.

Arriving  
 It is important that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment in order to register and get settled. We highly recomend that you use the bathhouse prior to a treatment, in which case you will want to arrive at least 1 hour in advance. It is possible to use the bathhouse after a massage provided that you take a hot shower before you re-enter the pools. This is not recomended for those receiving skin care treatments.

Late arrivals  
To insure our next guest is not incovenienced, we will always finish your treatment on time, regardless of the time of you arrival. If the therapist is running late then the time will be made up at the end of the session. Please note that we start each session on the hour, which provides for 5 minutes of turn around time. So your session is more likely to be 55 minutes.

Parking   
Unlimited free parking is available 200 m away on Station Street. Walk up the lane past Mullum Hire.

Children   
Under 12 year olds are not allowed, 12-15 year olds need to be accompanied by an adult. 16+ welcome with appropriate behaviour.

Recommendations   
We recommend that you wait 1 hour after a meal before visiting and that you drink plenty of water during and after your visit.

Payment   
Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS are accepted

Gift vouchers   
You can choose anything from our price list for a gift voucher. You can organize this over the phone if that is more convenient.
